NZ domestic shipping only.

Our Urban shipping cost within NZ is $5.
Our Rural shipping cost is $10.

All parcels are sent with tracking which you will be provided with via email.

We offer free shipping for orders over $100.

Currently, we ship to New Zealand only. 

We primarily use NZ Post to courier your order to you. We are subject to their delivery timeframes and delays. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been fulfilled from us with your courier details and your tracking number where you will be able to track your shipment. 

What to do if your item is running late:

Use the tracking number from your despatch email to track your item with the courier company.  This can be done on the courier website or by phoning the courier company.

If there seems to be a problem please follow up with the courier company ASAP. Contacting the courier company directly is usually the best way to sort out any delivery problems, that way you can talk to them about your specific location etc. 

 If you are unable to resolve your problem with the courier company please Contact Us immediately and we will be happy to follow up with the courier company.
