Returns Policy

Oxford Brands offers easy 30 day returns*

General Merchandise Change of Mind Returns Policy:

We hope you love our products as much as we do, but if in the case you change your mind and want to arrange a return follow these simple steps within 30 days of receiving your order.

  1. Head to our Contact Us page in menu in the top left corner.
  2. Email us with your order number and the product that you'd like to return. This information can be found under "Account" and "Order History". If you do not have an account this information is in your order confirmation email. 
  3. Send the parcel to the address provided within 30 days.

PLEASE NOTE:

We ask that your item is sent back unused, not worn, in the original packaging, with tags, and in the same condition as you received it.

You will be responsible for all return shipping charges to facilitate a change of mind return. We highly recommend you return your parcel with tracking, as returns are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

You will receive a full refund for the item only. We will issue you the refund within 5 days of us receiving your return parcel. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank. 

Due to health & safety reasons the following items are not available for change of mind returns and are final sale.

  • Socks
  • Consumables (perishable products) 
  • Vouchers

Damaged, Defective & Incorrect Returns Policy:

  • If a product does not meet an acceptable quality, is not fit for particular purpose, does not match the description or sample image (including colour and size) or does not arrive on time and in good condition, then we will work with you to provide a remedy.
  • Please get in touch with our Customer Services Team via the "Contact Us" page as soon as possible after receipt of the product, and we will work to have the issue solved as soon as possible. Please retain all original packaging until we have arranged a remedy with you.
  • Please note - If the New Zealand Government increases the Covid-19 Alert Level, either nationally or in the region of the delivery address, then we may not be able to facilitate the collection of a return item.
